Refund Policy

At Kidifye, we want you to shop with confidence. Every toy is designed to bring joy and learning to your child, but if something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we make it easy:

• Cancellations: You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be on its way.
• Returns: If you’re not happy, you have 15 days to return unused items in their original packaging.
• Damaged Items: If your toy arrives broken or defective, let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
• Refunds: Once we get your return, refunds are processed within 4 - 5 business days. (Refunds are made in USD; banks may apply exchange fees.)
• Shipping: Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product was damaged when it arrived.
